I would not have survived had I not found a Firm Foundation. For too many years I allowed myself to be blown about by every new prevailing wind that came my way. That’s what happens when we do not have a place to anchor our soul. When I had reached the bottom of seeking to have my needs met on my own terms, the Lord met me there with the reality of His presence. I no longer had to seek my affirmation, gain my acceptance, or seek my destiny in ways that never satisfied. All my needs were met deeply and profoundly in knowing Jesus Christ. Problems and temptations did not cease to exist in my life. I simply now had someone who understood and someone who would walk every step of the way with me. He is here and He is a Solid Rock where I find refuge in the storms of life.
Take time to look for signs and reminders of His presence with you today.

Dear Friends,
I wanted to let everyone know about a special monthly event taking place in Colorado Springs and at the same time to ask you to help get the word out to all your Colorado connections. My friend, Matthew Ward (member of the legendary Christian band, 2nd Chapter of Acts) will be leading. Here is the invitation in his own words:
I just wanted to let everyone know that this Saturday April 18th I’ll be leading
my second “Community Night of Worship” with full band.
Last month's night of worship was wonderful. I know that I personally
experienced, in a beautiful way, the presence of the Lord.
I strongly believe the Lord wants to use these nights of worship to bring
healing, restoration, and a sense of spiritual focus, to our community.
I will be leading these worship nights every 3rd Saturday of the Month.

Time: 6:30 P.M.
