Each year around the time we begin thinking about celebrating the resurrection of Christ, my mind tends to naturally gravitate to meditating on what this means. This song began to flow out of my heart just a few weeks before Resurrection Day, encompassing my gratitude for all He has done already in my life. He bore MY cross. He bore MY sin. He suffered MY punishment. He died for ME! What a sobering thought. What a magnificent truth! He is risen and I abide in Him! I am His and He is mine...and all He is is mine as a result! He is risen! I am risen! He is victorious! I am victorious! He is my King! I am His servant! Because He lives I now live! Hallelujah!
