New song from Dennis Jernigan just for fun! A way to support our Oklahoma NBA team, Thunder! Time to Thunder Up!
I grew up playing basketball in Oklahoma. In high school I was the starting point guard all four years, playing in three state tournaments. Even went to college and walked on the basketball team but decided against it when my real studies began. As my kids were growing up our go-to game was always basketball. In 2005, I was able to attend the NCAA Final Four in St. Louis where I was invited to sing at the Naismith Awards! When the Thunder came to OKC I was in heaven! This week, caught up in Thunder fever, I wrote this song because I LOVE Oklahoma and I LOVE the Thunder! Thunder up!
