If the Lord does not heal me in this lifetime, He will heal me in the next. Either way, I win. My daily goal is to use Parkinson’s for the kingdom of God…to bring light to the darkness of this world by reminding people that our God wastes nothing we bring to Him. He does not waste our sorrow. He does not waste our pain. He does not even waste our failure. His name is precious to me. His names are life to me. His name is a shelter for my soul. Whether I live or whether I die, nothing changes with Him. We all die. The question becomes do all really live or do we succumb to the whims of our ailments and maladies? I choose to live and die with my eyes fixed on Jesus while allowing Him to use my sickness for His glory and for the good of others. That truth alone lifts me right out of the middle of nowhere and plants my feet on the Solid Rock of faith in Jesus Christ. Our God…
