This song came to me first as a rap, believe it or not! I wanted a way to teach my children about the names of God. My desire was that they would understand that the names of God reveal His character–what He is like. His Word Says that the name of the Lord is a strong, mighty tower where the righteous can run and be safe! I want my children to remember what God is like when difficult circumstances present themselves. I want them to be able to quickly call out to the God who is the meaning of His name: Savior, Redeemer, Friend...
