Carols Made New was a collaboration between Dennis Jernigan and PraiseCharts arranger, Brad Henderson. Brad and DJ have been friends for many years and actually live 15 miles from one another…but have rarely worked together! That all changed in 2007 when Brad asked Dennis to sing a few demos for his PraiseCharts carols project. During the course of that recording, Brad suggested DJ create his own album from what he was doing for PraiseCharts. Jernigan fell in love with Brad’s arrangements and made them his own. Most of these songs are simply new renditions of old favorites along with 2 Dennis Jernigan originals.
