Free mp3 – HONESTY

This month’s free mp3 is ready for download right now! Send everyone you know to get their free copy of this song of intimate worship. Go to for your copy. To watch the worship video and sing along, go to YouTube.

CD Duplicator For Sale

Due to the independent nature of my music ministry (no record labels or marketing other than word of mouth), we are finding it necessary to reproduce some of our older CDs in-house. This way, we can keep costs down and still support our ministry. In desiring to change systems, I have need to sell my current CD duplicator, Microboards G3 Disc Publisher. It has only been used to reproduce approximately 300 discs…so it has barely been used! Before we offer it on the open market, I thought I would allow you the first opportunity to purchase this piece of equipment since there may be a ministry out there that could use such a piece of gear. I am asking for $950.00. If you are interested in purchasing the Disc Publisher, please contact my event coordinator, Kristopher Kay, at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call him at 918-685-2268.

For more info on the duplicator, go to here.

New Book Coming!

As you already know, Dennis Jernigan has stepped out into the world of fantasy writing in the hopes of helping young people (and adults) discover who they truly are and well as their purpose in life. Called The Chronicles of Bren, the first book, Captured, will soon be available as an audio book!  DJ is very excited to let you be the first to know that Book Two is almost ready! Titled The Chronicles of Bren: Sacrifice, Book Two is the story of one boy’s journey toward manhood – and the people that helped get him there.

Young Lee Jennings is again transported to a realm where once he was prince – but now he finds himself as the High King! The journey of Sacrifice reveals all it took to get him to that position. From dark fairies and shape shifters and dragons to betrayal and heartbreak, the twists and turns and sorrows and triumphs of Leonolis are all recorded here. With many of the characters you grew to love in Book One, you will also be introduced to new friends who helped Lee get to the throne.

Discover the keys to the Kingdom along the way with Leonolis and his friends…and discover a little more of yourself in the journey! To learn more about the mystical land of Bren, hear songs inspired by Book One (14 songs coming soon!), find out how certain characters were inspired, and to see rough sketches of what Dennis Jernigan thinks these characters may look like, go to

Dennis Jernigan makes his home in Oklahomavery near the area where these stories were first inspired. Along with his wife, Melinda, he has raised 9 children there and is currently working on the next book in the series, The Chronicles of Bren: Generations.

Be watching for the release very soon! In the meantime, go to and discover more about the land of Bren.

Dear Friends,
My children - Israel and his wife, Dani - serve the Lord faithfully and diligently in Germany. This summer they have been home in America, traveling and trying to raise support for what they are called to do. They are currently at 67% of what they need to go back...and have 16 days to raise that support to at least 90%. Israel and Dani are impacting the lives of over 350 children through their mission/boarding school in Germany - and exponentially reaching nations all over Europe and Asia through the families of these children. If only 16 people could pledge $100 a month, or 32 could pledge $50 per month or 64 could pledge $25 per month their mission could continue. Would you consider helping them? To find out how, go to

Oklahoma City and surrounding areas, I get so many requests to lead a Night of Praise in your area. Well, now we have been blessed with just such an opportunity! THIS FRIDAY EVENING! That’s right! Friday evening, July 27 at 7:00 at Christian Life Fellowship in Moore, OK I have the privilege of leading a Night of Praise. Who knows! Maybe we can make this a regular thing again…Lord willing! For info on how to get to the church building, go to

One of my favorite places I have ever gotten to lead worship is at Victory Christian Center in Tulsa…and it has been too many years since I’ve done so. But this Sunday evening, July 29 at 6:00 PM I have that provilege once again. I will also be sharing my testimony…so get hurting, desperate people there. Let’s offer them hope in Jesus and bathe them in God’s presence together. For info on how to get there, go to

For the past three years, I have been writing my own daily devotions for Kingdom Seekers. Meant to be read in a minute or less, but meditated upon all day long, these devotions are sent to you daily via email as a means of encouraging you to walk in your true identity as a new creation and to help you walk with a Kingdom point of view in your daily life. In addition to these devotions, DJ Insiders receive all kinds of discounts on all products and conferences. The basic membership is only $2.95 per month. The glory of King Jesus is far too massive for the human mind to conceive or fully comprehend…but we can try! The glory of God is the actual weight of His presence. I like to think of the weight of His presence in tangible terms I can understand. I like to feel the weight of His love for me much in the way a child likes to feel the weight of a grandmother’s arms wrapped around them in sheer joy. I like to feel the weight of His massive redeeming love much in the way one who is covered with the day’s dusty grime feels when finally able to be cleansed through and through with a long, hot shower. As you go about the day today, ask the Holy Spirit to allow you to see glimpses of the King’s glory in ways that are easy to conceive and difficult to forget. Your faith will be bolstered and your heart made lighter in the process.

Who is the King of glory?

The LORD strong and mighty,

The LORD mighty in battle.

Lift up your heads, O gates

And lift them up, O ancient doors,

That the King of glory may come in!

Psalm 24:8-9 NASB

Dennis Jernigan Newsletter – June 18, 2012

• My Heart is Grieved

On my recent trip to Jamaica I never intended to imply I agreed with the laws there

that criminalize homosexual behavior. I wholeheartedly agree with Exodus’ position

on the criminalization of sexual behavior between consulting adults. It is as follows:

We will not support any legislation that deprives others of life and dignity based on

their sexual orientation or the expression of such within the confines of a consensual

adult relationship. Finally, we stand with the LGBT community both in spirit, and

when necessary, legally and physically, when violence rears it’s head in Uganda,

Jamaica or anywhere else in the world.

At the meeting in question with Rev. Peter Garth, vice president of the Jamaica

Association of Evangelicals, and Alexis Robinson and Dr. Wayne West of Jamaica’s

Coalition for a Healthy Society – and as reported in the Jamaican press – I was asked

what I thought of President Obama’s recent statement’s about same-sex marriage.

As I said, I love my President, but I do not agree with his position on this matter. My

personal belief is that same-sex marriage may likely undermine the very foundation

of society, the traditional family unit. I also believe the Bible is clear that homosexual

behavior, along with other types of sexual expression, falls short of God’s standards

on human sexuality.

I believe my heart and intent failed to convey and therefore, may have hurt gay

and lesbian people and harmed Exodus’ mission of ministering to those with same-

sex attraction. To that end, as of this moment, I step down from my role as Vice

Chairman of the Exodus International Board of Directors with the hope that this will

alleviate and prevent any undue hardship on that organization.

Thank you,

Dennis Jernigan

About the Exodus Freedom Conference

My heart grieves whenever I believe I have hurt anyone…and if you know me you know that is never my heart. I choose to love even those who would do harm to me. That is what Jesus did…and so do I. As stated in the previous article/statement, I have stepped down from my role on the Board of Directors for Exodus International so as to prevent any further hardship on them. In like manner, I have decided to take away any further distraction by stepping down from my role in next week’s Freedom Conference. The reason I share this is because many of you gave to make that trip possible. To those who gave I will be sending you a personal note in the coming days.

Please pray for my family and me. I am hurting – and my pain affects my family. I will be taking a break for a while to spend time with family and to try and figure out the direction God would take my life.

Don’t worry, I will continue to minister my story. That is one thing I cannot change and the world cannot argue with. I just need to step away from the fray for a while. Please keep in touch and pray. Within the next couple of days I will be posting a new song the Lord has already birthed out of this process. As always, I am trying to walk in grace and to view even this very trying time from the King’s point of view. Know this: I will not stop sharing my story because sharing helps me overcome the enemy…and leads others to the possibility of freedom in their own lives. As long as I have breath that will be my reality in some shape, form, or fashion.

I love you and I need your support.
